Wulver

This A4 screenprint with watercolour by Angus Barker is based on the wolf-head spirit of the same name from Shetlandic folklore. The Wulver was said to share fish with poor families when times were hard.

Angus Barker is a freelance illustrator based in Edinburgh. They mostly work with traditional physical media, especially watercolours and screenprinting. Their creative practice is rooted in folkloric and mythological themes.
